Getting Ready for the Summer.....
I have officially joined a Fitness Gym today. I am so excited. I have this friend at work who is in our Dietary area and her and I are going to work out every lunch hour. We are mainly just going to work on cardio, mainly just running. If its really nice outside we will run outside, otherwise go to the gym. At least it is something. Plus I will start feeling better about myself. She also gave me this really healthy diet to use, she is going to do it with me and help me with it :) It is great to have someone to work out with and that has the same motivation as you do. She is going to be a great help. If anyone is interested here is the diet I am starting.
For the first 3 days ONLY...
2 eggs in the morning (how ever you want them is fine)
1 orange....half in the AM and half in the PM
Protein...I am doing a pound of hamb and making that into 4 patties and eating it throughout the day. More the protein the better, it builds up your matabalism.
Green Veggies....sandwich bag of raw green veggies, such as brocolli, cucumbers, lettuce....
2 TBSP of Lite Ranch Dressing...T Martinzi recommended per day
1/4 morton lite salt per day
80 oz a water a day
By doing this you should lose a pound a day..make sure to weigh yourself every morning so you are able to keep track.
After the 3 Day Diet...move to eating...
2 proteins a day
2 starches a day
4 veggies a day
2 fruits a day
4 oz of skim milk a day
2 fats a day
2 supplements a day
80 oz of water a day,
you may add the crystal lite packets to the water to make it flavored if you like..also the South Beach Living on the go mini packets
With this they are saying you should lose up to 3 lbs a week.
So give it a try if you want....I am excited to do it and exercise. I got my goals set for the summer so I am really hope to meet them...wish me luck...
